Disgusted

They'll call you to sign with them and ask you to make a payment and then after you cant talk to anyone, except for the watsapp bot. Then the bot will keep on saying it is trying to get hold of an agent. I was told that my fibre will be active within 3 to 5 days its been 2 weeks and theres still no fibre i really dont think this is good service at all. Why wasn't i told before paying that i will not get my line activated any time soon then i would have got another supplier to help me. POOR SERVICE i dont think i would even refer anyone to them.
