Disgraceful service

Once again I am going through another issue with installation.it has been the 5th time that guys have come to my home and yet still issue upon issue.this clearly shows the lack of competence and professionalism.i have been waiting from 3 November 2021 for an installation.never have I ever experienced such disgraceful service from any company in my life.
