Disgraceful complaints response

We made the design to move to fibre wifi in Sedgefield at increased expense expecting a faster and mire reliable service. It has been **********. But this company refuses to allow any feedback. They have refused any contact except gor whatsapp and "portal" communications and those channels are conspicuously unresponsive. Whatsapp complaints I made three months ago remain unanswered. We have contacted them by email and although they received these emails, finally one to cancel this service they still refuse to Ccept cancellation except through these "chanels". I must conclude that this failure is either on purpose to zbpid dealing with their service delivery or at least tolerated because they simply **** care about customer care. For a company that actually sells communications this is a disgrace and should be avoided at sll costs.
