Discusted and Extremely Frustrated

If I could give a Zero rating I would have!

Absolutely a waste of money and time!

I complained about our fibre connection since day 1. It would work fine for a week and then it would give me the same problem.

I was fed up and requested to cancel. When I cancelled a list clawback amounts was given. I only new about the 1 that I should pay for installation if I cancelled within the 12 months of period.

I had no other option. I work from home so I could deal with an unstable internet connection.

I would never refer anyone to WebAfrica!
