Disconnection after payment made

My line service has been disconnected after they provided me with a payment link. I made a payment only to be advised that it was for my previous address and I repeatedly asked them to remove the address on the account. All I'm asking them to do is to allocate the funds to my current account address instead of refunding me. They keep telling me that I need to wait. I'm working from home and cannot afford to wait any longer. Their service is pathetic as you cannot even call them, they only offer whatsapp and chat service and its frustrating
