DISASTER!!!

I have never been so frustrated to the point of crying. Web Africa messed up my entire order and the billing has been a mess. I must have spoken to over 20 agents and keep getting transferred back and forth and I still do not have my LTE.

This is a nightmare. No one shows any remorse or care for the mess up they are doing, I am tempted to cancel this whole thing and go elsewhere.
