DISASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have cancelled my services in January, last day of service was supposed to be the 1st of March, but this company still tries to debit money from my account even though services were cancelled and the line is still active, which makes it difficult for the new service provider to activate my line. I have tried numerous times to get hold of this company with no response, I have tried to reach out to them via twitter and WhatsApp, on WhatsApp they keep on transferring me from one agent to the other with no resolution. It now makes sense why they do not have any call centre services because they know they are bullsh***ing their clients. I NEED MY LINE TO BE CANCELLED ASAP!!! So that I can enjoy better services elsewhere!
