Disappointing services

1: You can never get hold of them for any queries , it took me 4 days to get hold of someone for support via the WhatsApp line . 2: internet barely works (fiber) cannot get hold of support 3: no direct contact number or email address (Sales team says they cannot transfer the call to support )
