Disappointing service to connect line as new client

Took the whole day just to receive confirmation from an agent on the process to activate a new line connection. Did not get any luck from their Whatsapp chat functionality. And when you dial you can only speak to a sales agent and not directly to the support / tech staff. Now I have to wait at least 48 hours for connection after they initially indicated that it can happen same day.
