Disappointing service from Webafrica

When I took the WiFi plan I was happy I could get my parents connection especially because my dad runs a business.Since Thursday the30 the WiFi stopped working I reported it on Saturday because it was still not back again today I sent a message and I was advised there is no network.In eastlynne which is the area my parents live in for 5 days their technician have been sorting it out this is disappointing to say the least and brings a bad taste in our mouths
