Hi Jerome,
We can appreciate how disruptive it is to be without a working connection for several days, especially after recently activating your service. Having repeated expectations set around a technician visit without seeing progress would understandably make the situation even more concerning. This is not how we want your experience with us to be, and we aim to minimise downtime when connectivity issues arise. We’ve checked your account and can confirm that there is an open fault logged. The latest status indicates that Vumatel will be reaching out to arrange an onsite visit. Our Faults Team is actively following up with the network provider and will continue pushing for a speedy resolution. If you need any further assistance, please send us a direct message on Hello Peter and we’ll gladly assist.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
