Disappointing service

I was supp**** with a link to make payment to reconnect my wifi and then when i made the payment only to discover the payment i made was for a new line what the HELL i was given the details from an agent now i have to wait 3 - 5 days to get a refund or for the funds to be transferred to the correct account asked to speak to a manager they tell me there no one on duty they will send a message and they will contact me within 48 hours and there is no team leader in the office either they are in meetings so disappointed
