I signed up and paid for fiber service seven months ago, eagerly anticipating a reliable and high-speed connection. Unfortunately, the installation never took place, and my attempts to secure a refund have been met with frustrating resistance. The customer service experience has been subpar, with unfulfilled promises and a lack of resolution to my ongoing issue.
