Disappointing service delivery

Absolutely disappointed in the service from you guys. I got an email stating that my fibre as been disconnected due to the expirey of my card. I tried to use the watsapp chat option, the chat option on your website and I even tried calling many times from this morning for assistance to update my card details. I still have not got a response on watsapp or on the website chat option. Please contact me immediately. due to this, I was unable to do my job!
