Disappointing Service and Unfulfilled Promises

I reached out to Web Africa on May 3rd regarding my persistently slow internet speeds. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I've seen no improvement in the service. I pay for a plan promising 400mbps download and upload speeds, yet I'm consistently getting only 80mbps in both directions. To add insult to injury, they're overcharging me R1109.00, while their own website clearly states the correct price should be R959.00. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable. Avoid this company if you value your time and money.
