Disappointing service
Been waiting to upgrade to Fibre since Oct 2020 and still no assistance. Tried again yesterday and the sales call just puts you through and as usual, you wait and no answer. Chat doesn't assist at all.
I am lost for words how a company can be this poor with their service. The other reviews says it all. They choose when and who they want to assist.
Can't believe you still in business.

Same story with Aneesa. Then the other agent tries to give me life lessons about negativity! Seriously???
Just cancel my pending order PLEASE!!! I can then move to another provider... Such a simple request
