Disappointing follow-up and failure to deliver

<p>I signed up with a fiber package with Webafrica after seeing there brochure and after receiving bad service from Telkom. <br />The agents were friendly and told me someone from Openserve would contact me for installations. After not hearing anything for over a month, I repeatedly phoned until I spoke to a manager Kevin Bachelor who told me that there had been an error and the order was not correctly put through. He got Openserve to call and they made an appointment for last week. I thought the trouble was over! <br />Since then Openserve did not keep there appointment, have called subsequently to come see the property but have not contacted me or told me about progression (or if they have indeed even seen the property on a communal estate). I have left messages for Kevin Bachelor to call- he has not returned a call in over a week and the sales assistance has been incredibly poor and obstructive.<br />This is disappointing after dealing with Telkom and hearing good things about Webafrica. Clearly they are no longer living up to their reputation.</p>
