Disappointing Experience with Web Africa Our experience with Web Africa has been incredibly frustrating. We’ve been without service for 9 days, and despite having made the payment over a week ago, nothing has been resolved. Web Africa insists that Vumatel is responsible for the issue, while Vumatel claims the opposite. This back-and-forth has left us with no internet and no accountability from either side. Web Africa’s lack of urgency, follow-through, and ownership of the issue has been unacceptable. We expected better service and clearer communication from a provider of this caliber.
