Disappointing customer service and lack of feedback

It's been over a month since I requested a line upgrade and nothing has happened with no feedback despite following up several times already. The only contact number they have is the sales department and the service center is via WhatsApp which is also not helpful. Customer service is the number one issue with most service providers in the country and the lack of communication in terms of feedback.
