Disappointement

Im an extremely unhappy customer, using their service as im working from home so the problems started on Tuesday 12 july 2022 i reached out to the online platform informing them that my service is down and that im unable to fulfill my duties , tuesday the entire day i was passed from pillar to post , and nothing was done not even logged by their reps , wednesday morning I returned and asked for an update only to.find that nothing was done and requested a manager , was advised manager callbacks take 24hours yet till today 4 days later im left without the service even thou i paid the full month , spoke to more than 8 reps with no assistance, losing my income as im unable to work and lastly the agents are unprofessional. Yet 4days later nothing ,not even a manager calling me
