Disappointed with WebAfrica

I attempted to cancel my account numerous times via their WhatsApp channel. After failed attempts at canceling, I walked away from the situation to only find out that Webafrica are now persistently invoking legal clawback and cancellation fees now that it suits them. They have showed little consumer empathy throughput this process. When I needed to cancel, it was moving water uphill but now that I have given up and have stopped paying for a service I was not using, they are throwing the kitchen sink at me. Disappointed!
