Disappointed with Web Africa

Having a really bad experience with Web Africa. Their support is delayed and just pass you from department to department. I was put on hold on support by an agent because the support line was too busy. I mean, I am on support to get support myself

Anyways, had to take almost 2 full days off work to go home for an installation where they didn't have the equipment. Twice.

Had such a bad experience with Vodacom and Axxess and Web Africa didn't disappoint either

These companies have made me firmly believe its safer and less stressful to stick with LTE for the the monent.
