Disappointed with the service

Last week I had an appointment for an installation. I cancelled my birthday plans so i can be home when they arrive. They came in the morning and immediately left because the street name on their website doesn't match my street name and the problem is on their website. The technician send a message to the office asking if he should continue with the installation regardless of their fault of the street name. Till now he has not been given a response from their office. I complained last week and till this morning I'm not getting any help but I paid them. Tried chatting to an agent this morning still no luck. So disappointed and I regret why I didn't go to MTN....I will not recommended this company's services to anyone
