Disappointed WebAfrica client

I do not even know where to start. I app**** for a fibre home connection on the 16th of May 2022 and paid the necessary deposits in full on the same dates. They had promised to deliver in 24 hours. Its been over 2 months of communicating with them via WhatsApp and their landline and until today I have not received the service I paid for.
