PAYMENT HAS BEEN DONE ON THE 2/06/2024 no response from you even after numerous attempts to get my refund back

I'm very disappointed with the service I received from webAfrica,I never thought it would be such a mission to reconnect my service let alone getting a refund.

The last agent I spoke to was not only clueless but the agent didn't not care about anything rather than closing the chat and telling me there's absolutely nothing he/she can do.

My business has suffered a loss for the days I've been without internet connection and that didn't seem to bother any of your agents .

I've told them a number of times that I need to be connected and still nothing was done dispite them seeing proof that payments were done, a case was logged to date no feedback case number #***

I'd appreciate a refund for the 2 payments I've done as it been over the 24 hours that was initially communicated to me.

Worse case your lines never go through except and automated voice that never get you through to speak to a live agent and it's rather frustrating
