Disappointed in Webafrica

I've been with Webafrica only a month and I already have problems. My internet connection keeps going down or slow and when I asked then about it they said it's on MTN 's side. They told me they going to escalate my problem but it's been 6 days and I still haven't heard back on what's happening with my line. The. I asked them about my usage on my account cause I can't see it. They tell me they can't either and they are going to investigate the issue. Nobody got back the me on that either. I didn't think Webafrica service would be worse then my previous internet provider.
