Disappointed in webafrica

I have never struggle so much in my life to simply get hold of a service provider which I am paying.

I simply want to log the Ref code from open serve and switch on my wifi.

I've tried from 9am this morning to just get hold of anyone at webafrica no one answers and their whatsapp serves should be disregarded. Absolutely hopeless.

Can some please let me how on earth must I get my wifi online with a company like this.
