Disappointed in Web Africa and Vumatel

Hi. I am so disappointed in the customer service that is given to us as clients of Web africa. We have recently moved from our previous residential home where we had a fibre line provided from Web africa and Vumatel. Before we moved from the old address i made specific arrangements on Web africa WhatsApp chat group and advised them well in advance that we will be moving shortly and that they(Web africa) should cancel in time and also i will be needing the same fibre service at our new home that we moving to, and also to avoid double debits going off. The agent advised me that i will be needing to pay an activation amount for the new address. This process has been going on since January this year, and we moved into our house on the 2nd of March this year and until now i have been on WhatsApp on Web africa chat platform like 2 to 3 times a week chatting to numerous agents, being transferred to many different agents sometimes also the wrong department then i have to start explaining all over again why im on WhatsApp with them. I havr explained hundreds of times to Web Africa that where we moved to, that there is only a fibre box on the boundary front wall and that there is a pipe running underground from there to the house and that the pipe runs up against the house and into the roof, then there is a fibre line wire coming out the roof into our room. All that Vumatel has to do is to come out and install a contact/connection point inside our room so that the router can be plugged into. We have had no Wifi Usage and no one come out to assist us in this regard but Web africa found it fit to Bill in the mean time. After quering the Billing with them, i found this out and advised them that we have no wifi and we had no router of them in place in order to have wifi usage. Im frustrated because my Wife needs to work from home but cant and i have explained this to them. But they dont care, and Web africa keeps telling me that they waiting for Vumatel. I dont know why no one has come out yet. This has been almost 2 months now that we waiting for them to come and assist us.
