Disappointed customer

I am so disappointed with their services. I have been without internet for three days now. Their chatbot is not really helpful without the human doing what needs to be done to attend to your problem. I had to call customer support, my problem is still not resolved. Only 2 cellphones in our house have limited connection to the internet, the rest can't. I don't know what to do now to be assisted.
