DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

We have been going in circles over the same thing, with different agents (we ordered a fibre service, we got a router and still no activation. The agents have no idea what they are doing either on the WhatsApp line, so that's great). Webafrica does not even bother to reply to reviews apparently, so I am just here to express my disappointment in them.
