Disappointed customer.

Ever since I signed onto the service provider I havehad endless problems, I have interuppted services every two weeks,the customer care line is only a whatsapp service which is very frustrating.I have requested calls from a manager but no reply. I am so frustrated with this company and just feel like cancelling the service.
