Disappointed and shocked by your service

They're service is so terrible, all their platforms of communication do not work and are not helpful whatsoever. I have been on the phone calling them since 8am this morning and have not gotten through to anyone for assistance. Their live chat and Whatsapp does not work either. So appalling service.
