Disappointed

So I app**** for for Fibre and settled for webafrica as my isp, they deducted money from my account so that they can send someone to install Fibre and deliver the router this was on the 14th December. On the 19th I followed up on the router delivery as they had sent someone to install the Fibre on the 16th. I was sent from pillar to coast and this morning, the 20th I get a message from them that I still need to pay them the money that they've already deducted from my account. At this point, I don't want anything to do with them because I hate *********** people who can't do their jobs. If they don't sort this out today I want my refund, I'm happy to use someone else as my isp.
