Disappointed

Ordered a Fibre in January and I was told technicians will come for the installation which they did a few days later but I was advised that there is no infrastructure so they will send their team to sort that out and that was in January already. They sent another technician a week or 2 ago but he still couldn’t install because there is still no infrastructure. I have been trying to contact WebAfrica together with Vuma without any success just for a refund so that I can look for something else.
