Disapointing Fibre Service

I had my fibre internet installed last Monday. It was not straightforward as Telkom arrived to install, stated that they needed conduit to bring the wires into my house where I wanted it and if I was a Telkom cleint it would be free but Webafrica said I would have to pay although none of this was ever mentioned to me when I signed up. Webafrica was quick to do their part to get the modem installed and set up once I had changed te location for the fibre soo as to avoid the trees and therefore the conduit. Then my problems really started with a red light on the fibre control box and a lot of backwards and forwards between me Telkom and WA that was resolved but the intermittent line speed is still not solved. By Friday last week I was getting worse line sped and servive than I had on my ADSL line from Afrihost and I informed WA that as far as I was concerend the service was appaling that they should be at my house making sure that I get what they sold me, instead of giving me more and more tests to do and me laising with Telkom and WA. I said that under the consumer protection act I had 7 days to return the goods and informed them that I didnt want it and they should remove it. No further comment from WA. When I did hear from them it was a set of instructions for me to follow for them to try and se what was going on, they sent instructions for PC and not a Mac. 3 Days later and more complaining from me I get the right info. Then I send off the test and no comment from WA. Its now Monday night and my service is slow and all over the place and nothing liek the equivalent ADSL that I had. When I talk to WA its always someoen different and no one does what they and gets back to me with anysort of commitment to making sure I have a good experience with your company or that you provide the service that you offer. This needs to get sorted out. As it stands I think I have been poorly treated and your failure to ensure that I am getting what I paid for as a customer leads me to not want to have anything further to do with you. I await your response
