Disapointed

I ordered a service from them explaining how urgent it is. Now that my line only needs to be activated I have been struuglingvto get hold of any one since 14:56 even on their whatsapp line that they claim only takes 5min. Its now after 9 whutch they also clain to be available untill 9 en I have still not received any assistance to get my fiber line activated. I am very disapointed....
