Difficult intermittent problem resolved by friendly efficient assistant
So with my work laptop I mostly connected via WiFi and my TV via LAN. For both but especially my laptop I was having intermittent drop in connection. From previous experience with other ISPs I did not get this resolved, they seemed impatient and irritated. The Webafrica assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and guided me with helpful suggestions to get my issue resolved. Thank you so much 😍
