DESPICABLE COMPANY

Webafrica are despicable, I have been trying to get a refund out of them as they debited my account saying I had not returned their router after cancelling. I proved that I had returned it and have been waiting for a month for the refund. It is impossible to call and only chat via their whatsapp which leaves you hanging for hours. Try calling and you can only get through to sales omg!! I asked for billing and the phone gets put down .....disgusting company ...so glad I never ever have to deal with them again once I have my refund.
