Demand payment after line was cancelled

Never use webafrica as a service provider.

After years of being a client, I cancelled the line but I still get billed and I get threatened to be handed over to their legal team whom will list this against my credit record.

This is after my contract expired and I was on a month to month basis.

Very bad service with arrogant people not willing to help. I phoned more than once and I was told that there was no record of previous phone calls.

I eventually made use of their chat service on the website to get my line cancelled. Unfortunately this did not date back to the original request and now they bully and threaten for more payments.
