Deliberately making service cancellation hard/impossible

Quick to sign you up, but they deliberately try to make it impossible to cancel your service(s).

No way to contact business for cancellation of service or for complaints/feedback. Only method is via Whatsapp, which is UNMANNED for cancellations.

They have disabled all email, phone and other contact methods.

I have been a "loyal" customer (or fool) for the past 13+ years. There used to be a time I'd recommend Webafrica to anyone, but those days are now gone. They have decayed into a shadow "Whatsapp" company unwilling to engage with their PAYING customers.

Send your cancellation by written letter via courier to their business address - their "Domicilium citandi et executandi" and just stop paying.
