Delayed timings on refunds

Honestly this company doesn't even deserve one star. I signed up for their service but due having to relocate I had to cancel. Luckily I cancelled before any installation or delivery was done. By this time they had deducted their R249 router fee (which they don't tell you until you've signed up). It's now 16 days after their deduction I still haven't received my refund. Please don't use this company.
