Delayed support and Dragging there feet canceling my line

I'm trying to cancel my line, but it forces me to use the whatsapp. Worst option to only allow communication only via Whatsapp, no emails so I cant Cancel at night as they only allow it to happen at working hours. Do not have time waiting for Agents to come back to you while working. And even following up 3 times on the canceled line I contacted octotel and they say they cant see the line has not been canceled. For me support assistance is a big part of a service being offered and they always help but have a delayed reaction to queries.
