Delayed services

While making payment Saturday somehow 2 transactions went through the first one said couldnt do transactions now then I retried and the Payment went through. However I checked my bank account this morning and noticed 2 payments came off. I kindly need a refund on my money now owed to me. I’m now trying to get through to them since 8am this morning and I’m not succeeding not even via the WhatsApp lines. A call was logged I still haven’t receive a call back with regards, to a refund.
