17 Dec 2025, 14:54We paid the deposit fee which was R249, and received a reference number: W***. they promised to get back to us but kept reminding us that we need to pay the same fee, when we reach out to them via webchat, they keep us waiting for an hour or 2. When they do get back to us, it's always delayed responses and they tell us the same thing, to pay, we paid this on the 4th of Decembe and we still waiting till this date. No installations, no one bothered to keep us updated and or inform us when they'll install the router.
