Delayed feedback for cancelation

I have requested an immediate cancelation on Friday 15/03/2024 and I still have not received a cancelation confirmation email and communication. They were quick to take my debit order, but slow to respond to my cancelation. I have also made multiple calls on my end and I still have not received my cancelation fee.
