Delay in installation

I am really dissapointed with the service im receiving at Webafrica, i app**** for Fibre on the 4th Jan 2024 and to date i still have not received any installation. This is after they said i must pay connect fee of R400 which was paid immediately, its now been more than a week and our service is still not active. The whole idea was to get fibre for the kids before they return to school and not to be bored and connect their cellphones and Playstation.

Can someone please assist as im being driven crazy by these kids asking me day in and day out when they will be able to connect.

I had numerous option from Homeconnect, Flycool, Hypa, telkom who said they would connect me within a week and was even which cheaper but yet i went with webafrica thinking i was making a wise decision but clearly i was fooling myself.
