Deeply disappointing

Poor customer service and horrible support. The WhatsApp chat is useless, nothing ever gets resolved. I got my router and fibre installed 2 weeks ago but it’s not active.

They’re very active when they want a sale. But once they get it, they relax and don’t have the same energy. Webafrica doesn’t even deserve 1 start, deserves zero.
