Deduction for inactive service and no assistance with reactivation.

It is sad that I have to complain on this platform before anyone takes me seriously. I have called Monday and Tuesday to get someone to contact me regarding reverting my accidentally cancelled service were case numbers opened and closed with no resolution. Today I call in again being told no one has attended to my query and placed on hold for 30minutes. I try and call in the 2nd time and a consultant called Ricardo ignores my call. Calling a 3rd time no one answers. Yet quick to deduct money for an inactive service. If anyone is interested in contacting me my customer number is AXC53. If not I will be cancelling and going to another SP.
