Debt Dispute

Ridiculous expiririence I had with this company. I have been sending numerous emails regarding a debt I have accumulated.. this is crazy I never used services not even once.o signed for free trial and the very same month June I received an SMS saying my services have been suspended. Well life since I had nothing to worry about. Now couple weeks I have been getting calls,emails and I went as far as speaking to their live chat agent with zero help. Except that they waiting for support team to send records or proof of my usage. Today still today I received a call asking for payments of +R8000 like really who has an ear to listen in company cos it feels like I'm talking to deaf people. I have receipts please for sms proof that my acc was suspended, live chat what more can I do.. I cant even afford load of bread. Let alone messing my credit score. Please note this is too much I suffer from depression an anxiety. I cant be dealing with unnecessary stress
