******** Debits from WebAFrica with No Product

My name is June, I fiiled in Webafrica online form for a Wifi package deal, I've never received a call from any of the customer service agents, never received the product, but I am debited faithfully every month inquiring 100s of rands in unpaid debit fees, at times succesfull debits, I have been trying since then to get hold of a customer service agent for months I've utilised Web AFrica whatsapp service, and as soon as I relay my experience and request assistance, the chat is immediately demobilised, Please help
